"Len Baxter is a credit to his profession. Len and his team at Baxter Builders have done multiple renovations and projects on our two homes and properties. He is the consummate professional; his skill and craftsmanship are unmatched. 

Baxter Builders have worked on every room in our current Morris County home. He updated our bathrooms, built a newly designed kitchen and installed a deck extending the entire length of the back of our home. His latest renovation involved a major excavation of the landscape, building of new structures and refortifying of the foundation, all of which Len pre-planned and coordinated.  This was all accomplished while we remained living in the house. We recently moved into our new home and contacted Baxter Builders to do a minor kitchen renovation for us. The process started with an in-home consultation where we explained our needs and expectations of the project. They eagerly listened to our ideas and made professional recommendations for the job. It has been said that the Kitchen is the Heart of the Home. That is certainly true in our home! People always gather in our kitchen, no matter the occasion. So it was no surprise that our kitchen became lovingly worn over the years and was in desperate need of a makeover. We planned, saved and researched for this project for several years and when it was time to start, we confidently entrusted this project to Baxter Builders.

We are forever grateful that Lenny and Dave took the time to put their heart into the heart of our home when managing this project. They listened carefully to our ideas in an effort to help us realize our vision for our kitchen renovation. Ideas were laid out, revised, rejected and revised again until the final plan was perfectly completed. It’s so easy to see photos of “dream kitchens” and want that for your own. Making those ideas a reality when space is limited can be tricky. Lenny and Dave worked tirelessly, and with good humor, to check the boxes on our wish list, yet keeping things functional, practical and helping us watch our pennies! Their craftsmanship is beyond compare. No detail is overlooked! We mean No Detail! 

These guys are Perfectionists; and who wouldn’t want that type of contractor for your renovation! Lenny, Dave and their crew were respectful of our home, always leaving it neat and clean at the end of each work day. They communicated with us about the project every step of the way and answered all of our questions. One often hears stories of contractors starting jobs and then leaving for days or weeks with no communication: Not with Baxter Builders! They stand by their word. Baxter Builders was referred to us 15 years ago through a mutual friend and neighbor. They have worked for us ever since. In those years they have done numerous jobs around our Townhouse.
