Baxter Builders is a family-owned and operated remodeling and construction company that has been serving customers since 1993. Since his early years, Owner Len Baxter always had an interest in constructing woodwork projects. After receiving his Business and Economics degrees from William Paterson University, he quickly realized he wanted to combine his construction and relational giftings. Len worked as a laborer for a construction company throughout college and later became an estimator for that company. After settling in Sussex County and starting a family, Len started his own business with the encouragement of family and friends.
Len started his business with a vision of providing quality work with unmatched integrity, building one-of-a-kind projects for families throughout New Jersey and the surrounding areas. Len brings a lifetime of knowledge, creative ideas, and reliable, honest business to every job.
Len's son, Dave, graduated from summer help to full-time employee in 2014. In 2019, Dave became a partner in Baxter Builders, LLC, sharing in Len's passion, workmanship and commitment to excellent customer-service.
